Vectrons VT-803温度补偿晶体振荡器(TCXO)是石英稳定、削波正弦波或CMOS输出、模拟温度补偿振荡器,采用2.8、3.0、3.3或5.0伏电源供电,采用密封5x3.2陶瓷封装。

1.输出为直流耦合。
2.VT-803的电源引脚要经过滤波,例如10uF、0.1uF和0.01uf的电容。

5.±100、±200和±280ppb温度稳定性部件,全包,老化10年。
6.如果E/D保持打开状态,则启用输出。
